Maybe you've heard about one of the provinces in Indonesia often called "Student city" or "urban culture" with warm as traditional food? Yes that's special of Regional yogyakarta. With a system of government and palace of the imperial legacy of the previous sultan, is now one place that is good enough for a family tourist destination and is known by all the people of Indonesia. I'll tell you a little privilege of the city, because Yogyakarta is one of my hometowns.
Yogyakarta is a city of students or the Education City. Called like that because the majority is in the hundreds of school students who were there. Students are not only derived from the Yogyakarta region itself, but also from all regions in Indonesia even from other countries. they choose a school there for many reasons. Such a strategic place, good accreditation, and meet new friends from other provinces. Graduates from schools that are there indeed be a resource that has a high potential so they too can easily get a job.

Because of Jogjakarta is rich with native Javanese culture which is still maintained until now. like having the imperial system of government with its leader who is now the Sultan Hamengkubuwono X. they also still maintain the residential palace of the Sultan who became one of the tourist places that can be visited by tourists. In the palace are often held rituals and traditional ceremonies are performed by residents’ palace on certain dates according to the Javanese calendar they have. Other village attractions that we can visit the Prambanan Temple and Borobudur Temple.
Yogyakarta is also the center of snacks and souvenirs are typical. Because there we can find unique items that we do not encounter in other cities. Traditional food of this region is warm and the rice cat. Besides there are also snacks that are typical of this tourist town, which is bakpia.
